The first Ultralase clinic was opened in January 1991 at the Clatterbridge Hospital near Chester. At the time, all treatments performed were Photorefractive Keratotomy, or PRK, until the Lasik procedure was introduced in 1995.

I had my eyes corrected with LASIK at the Bristol clinic on friday 13th June (not a good date).
The whole experiance was exactly as discribed to me. I had an appointment at 4 and was out by 6 the first night was a bit difficult and my eyes where very tied, but within 3 hours I could see.(with minimal hase)
