I had LASIK eye surgery in May 2002 and its the best thing I've ever done. Within a week a colleague and another friend had already made appointments to have the same surgery and both now have perfect vision like me! The staff were particularly helpful and the whole experience was very efficient and more importantly pain free! I would (and often do) recommend anyone to have the procedure – you'll forget you ever wore glasses!
It's the best thing I have ever done in my life. I had it done January 2003 and have had no problems since. the staff were extremley friendly and supportive – they've seen me at a moment's notice if I've got paranoid about a twinge afterwards (and there's never been anything wrong!!) and the freedom to do anything I want with my life without worrying about contact lenses/glasses is amazing! I perform a lot on stage – and I no longer have to worry about lights reflecting in my glasses or getting stage make-up on my contact lenses. Last year i got a custard pie in the face on stage – thanks goodness I didn't have lenses in!!!
