I was desperate not to have to wear glasses anymore as I had struggled to comfortably wear lenses, but I am real scared-y-cat, so that last person in the world, you would imagine to take the plunge and go for surgery. Mr Kumar put me at ease and to be fair, it was difficult to walk away from an opportunity that more or less guaranteed an improvement to my vision. I was terrified on the day of the procedure, but the staff at the Duchy put me at ease. The procedure is so quick and pain free, it made me wonder what all the fuss was for…. I now have almost 20/20 vision and don’t need to wear glasses for anything. Mr Kumar is amazingly talented and a lovely man to boot. He is at the end of the phone if you have any concerns which is really reassuring. I have a permanent grin from one ear to the other, I just wish I had done it sooner!!
Mr Kumar is a fantastic Consultant/surgeon, I found him to be so friendly and approachable and made the whole experience of having eye surgery a good one. I would definitely recommend Mr Kumar to all of my friends / colleagues if they were to consider having eye surgery, it is the best thing I had done, just wish I had had it done years ago.T think it is very good value for money and Mr Kumar is very thorough in his work and I felt well looked after.
