1. Review of AccuVision Laser Eye Clinic
Established in 2001, AccuVision is a popular destination for people seeking quality, affordable laser eye surgery. This clinic currently operates in five cities nationwide: London, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol and Newcastle, and has performed over 40,000 treatments and counting.
What did independent inspectors find? According to the CQC’s latest report, there were no complaints between August 2016 and September 2017 from 1,011 refractive eye procedures carried out at AccuVision.
Is there anything else I should know? Most of the eye surgeons on our site enjoy five-star ratings, and the same is true for AccuVision. But it’s worth noting we only have 10 reviews for Dr Prashant Jindal.

2. AccuVision Treatments
As well as common laser vision correction treatments – such as LASEK and LASIK with ultra-accurate Wavefront diagnostics – AccuVision also offers lens replacement surgery, including the UK’s most common surgical procedure: cataract surgery.

So is it safe? AccuVision promises highly sophisticated, automated devices, with world-class Wavefront technology and the Alcon WaveLight EX500 Excimer laser. AccuVision’s prices are reasonable rates in laser eye surgery. On average, 800 patients told Lasik Eyes they paid £1,200 (per eye) for laser eye surgery, and £3,615 (per eye) for lens replacement surgery (including cataract surgery) – few clinics have lower starting prices.

Eye surgery isn’t an insignificant cost for most people. That’s why AccuVision offers a 10 month finance option, which lets you spread the costs of surgery after the initial deposit into smaller monthly fees. You will need to pass a credit check with Hitachi Capital to gain approval for this payment plan.
That said, most clinics provide finance plans for much longer – up to three years, and also team up with health insurers who may cover at least some of the costs of the surgery (which AccuVision doesn’t).

Accuvision has changed my life. Having been turned away by 3 other clinics I was very nervous about receiving treatment for my complicated prescription. It took me a long time to arrive at Accuvision – so put off by other high street clinics – I felt there was no hope for me and that I would always have what amounted to a harsh disability in my mind.
The surgeons and all the staff went out of their way to reassure me and help me through every stage of my journey. There was no pressure put on me on the day of my surgery even when it looked like I was about to back out of the entire process. I was given the time and advice needed. At all times I was made aware of the risks and no false promises were made. They even agreed to do one at a time. The improvement in my first eye was immediate and so noticeable that I agreed to go through with the second eye there and then.
My eyesight has now improved so much that I’m about to start driving lessons for the first time – without the need for glasses. I would recommend Accuvision to anyone needing help with their eyes and especially to people who have been told before that the technology isn’t available yet to deal with their condition. I had lasik performed on 18th August at Accuvision at Fulham, and I must say how pleased I am with the treatment and after-care I have received so far.My surgeon , Mr Rostron and his team are the best in my opinion.I have been thinking about having this procedure for the past 4 years and it has taken me all this time to pluck up the courage to have this done.Really there was no need to worry, I felt I was being treated by excellent staff from start to finish.I also must say a special thank you to my optometrist Joan, who is so professional but also caring and very helpful.
I was also seen at another clinic at East Grinstead and was quoted £4,500, for Intralase lasik which i just could not afford, and I’m now so glad that I kept with my decision to have it done at Accuvision, for me there was no need to spend that kind of money, but that is just my personal opinion.
My sight was quite bad, -4.5(L) and – 5.0(R).Although I can see now very well, my left eye is taking slightly longer to catch up with my right eye, but I’m told this is perfectly normal.

Amazing, really really really good customer services and relations i was given direct email addresses for contact to surgeons and opticians so if id got any problems i just had to mail them, i very extremely comfortable at every stage with all the staff.
Only once was i asked how id be paying unlike everywhere else i went especially Ultralase,
Accuvision staff where very personal and nobody seemed textbook on the whole process as everyone’s eyes are different i was a patient and not a cash point.
I’ve just had my 6 month check up and I’m all well, but ive been offered a 12 month check at no extra cost just to reassure myself i made the right decision.
The cost of surgery wasn’t an issue for me i went where i was most comfortable and accuvision was the one, and it was the cheapest too so that was a bonus.
Ultralase and optimax spent as long talking about finance options as they did about surgery when i was paying cash so they needn’t of bothered. Also elsewhere when having consultations i was passed between numerous staff and nobody treated me personally. Accuvision knew me on a first name basis within days and where happy to answer all my questions and i wasn’t given some ridiculous brochure to try win me over just plain and simple AMAZING service, it really was the best thing ive done in my life,
Only 1 day later i didn’t need my glasses and my eyes settled within 1 week to better than 20-20
