Excellent - I cannot recommend Mr. Stephenson and his clinic enough. Impartial, honest advice at consultation. He gave me the facts and told me exactly what I could expect with my moderately high prescription (-5.25 and -4.75 plus astigmatism). The surgery was excellent. His calm confidence was very reassuring. Day after even he was surprised that I was seeing better than 20/20. Prescription now 0 in both eyes, with very minor, unnoticeable astigmatism. That might settle down. I could not be more grateful.

The only surprise I had was the ultimate result was even better than I had expected. I had rather taken 20/20 vision for granted given the % success rate. What i had not anticipated was the increased depth of focus and improved spatial awareness of nearby objects. I surmise this may arise from shortening the focal length from glasses to retina distance down to just the cornea to retina distance.
