I just want to say – please visit at least two different clinics before you decide! Look at both the big commercial and smaller. Personally I have bad experience of Ultralase. I guess some of the reviews here summarize the experience. The consultation – lack of information, knowledge and experience. I was sent from one room to the other and finally a sale consultant – wrote down a price on piece of paper and passed it to me. I have been informed from other the ‘after care’ is not good. The surgeons do not have time with you after you have paid the treatment! I have decided to go to a smaller company (in Fulham) – half the price and more professional.

Having laser eye surgery was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The results is amazing and it’s the little things that make the difference – being able to buy trendy sunglasses, being able see the clock in the middle of night, going swimming etc. The Ultralase staff all were wonderful and I haven’t asked for more. They answered my entire question even the daft ones, without making me feel stupid and put me at ease when I was scared before surgery. I cannot praise the service and treatment highly enough.
