On the 16th and 23rd October 2009 I had replacement lens surgery by Mr Sanjay Mantry at Edinburgh Princess St. Prescription was long-sighted + 6.00 in both eyes. I had always found my glasses and contact lens uncomfortable a feeling that the prescriptions was just not quite right and a feeling of always trying to see. I now have better than 20 20 vision and feel so relax and seeing is effortless. Reading and computer work is easy as well, cost was £4200 worth every penny.Lens used Tetraflex in both eyes. Thanks to all.
I had Replacement Lens Surgery on 7th & 14th August 2009 at Optical Express in Edinburgh.Dr Mantry explained everything in detail at the frst consultation and made me feel comfortable and confident in his ability regarding the operations he would perform. He and his team were very attentive prior to surgery and made me feel relaxed about the proceedure which was totally pain free. The results the morning after surgery were astounding as I had excellent vision which has improved day by day. I find it incredible to have such good vision after years of wearing varifocal glasses and contact lenses. I experienced no soreness or redness of the eyes.I would certainly recommend this to anyone in a similar position to myself and thank Dr Mantry and his team for their professionalism and personal care.
