Mr. Nabili is an experienced ophthalmic surgeon who has been working continuously as an ophthalmologist since 1998. He is registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) and is on the specialist register as an ophthalmologist.
Mr. Nabili is a full time NHS consultant ophthalmic surgeon who has undergone additional specialist training in refractive surgery. He has performed thousands of laser vision correction procedures and his results are fully audited. Furthermore he performs and teaches complex eye surgeries in his NHS consultancy post. He is also a lecturer in laser refractive surgery in Caledonian university, optometry department.
Mr. Nabili graduated from the University of Glasgow in 1997. He completed his basic and higher surgical training in the West coast of Scotland Hospitals. The majority of his training was based in the Tennent Institute of Ophthalmology, Gartnavel General Hospital, Glasgow where he also completed 2 further sub-specialist fellowships.
He is an active member of various affiliated bodies and societies such as the Royal College of Ophthalmologists and Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
During his career he has published papers in peer reviewed journals and has been involved in the training and examining of medical students, opticians and ophthalmic trainees. He is actively involved in research.
He continues to attend seminars and conferences. He is dedicated to the care of his patients and the continuous professional development of his career.
