A fantastic service from start to finish. The initial consultation was very thorough with Dr Chitkara explaining everything and answering all of my questions. He put me very much at ease.
The surgery itself was very quick and painless (the procedure just feels a little weird) and again, I was reassured by Dr Chitkara throughout. There was some initial uncomfortableness for 48 hours (as expected) but I was back at work within 4 days with no further issues.
Results wise, my sight is now better than 20/20 in both eyes :)
After-care has been first class - Viewpoint are always at hand to assist with any queries be it by phone or in person. Dr Chitkara and his receptionist are very approachable, friendly and will always make time to 'fit you in' should you need anything.
Overall, a very pleasing experience and service. Very professional, and highly recommended.
