Dealing with Ultralase was an absolute pleasure. Not only have they enabled me to identify my own kids in the swimming baths, they also made the whole process simple and above all, friendly and professional. I can not praise the staff highly enough. Everyone - from Receptionist to Surgeon - was incredidibly helpful and supportive all the way through the process. Even in the operating room, I was given a running commentary of what was going to happen and how it would feel. And surprisingly, every thing that was said was true. It didn't hurt at all. In summary, I would say that Ultralase made a quite scarey situation into something that was fast, easy and comfortable.
