I was refused laser eye treatment at ultralase 3 and a half years ago due to having extrememly thin, steep corneas and an unusual prescription (-7, -7 myopia with +3.5 and +3.75 astigmatism)
I was devastated but understood that it was in my best interest at the time.
Then a year ago I was contacted by Ultralase who advised me to return for a 2nd consultation now that technology had moved on and could maybe make me now a suitable candidate.
I am so pleased I acted upon this phonecall and I was told 3 weeks ago at my 2nd consultation with Ultralase that I was now indeed a suitable candidate for treatment.
My treatment was 5 days ago and I am over the moon with the results.
I was a borderline case and was extremely nervous about the whole matter due to this but I went ahead and am amazed at my eyesight now only 5 days on.
Ultralase have been first class.
I have been given great service, everyone is really friendly, helpful and they act with your best interests at heart.
