It had considered laser eye treatment for some time, and now I’ve had it done, my only regret is not going ahead sooner. I had worn glasses for years, so having perfect vision now is an incredible feeling. Having said that, it is very important if you are considering treatment, to do your research and make sure you’re happy with the company you choose. I spent a lot of time looking into it, and found Ultralase’s website a great help. This convinced me to have a consultation, at which my expectations were consistantly exceeded. From the minute I walked in the door, I was treated kindly and considerately by all of the staff at the Leeds clinic. I was particularly impressed with the detail of examination, which gave me great confidence, and all of my (many) questions were answered honestly and concisely. At no point did I feel as thought I was being pressured into anything. They went to great lengths to give me all the facts, then let ME decide whether to go ahead. As it happened, it was an easy decision as the benefits massively outweighed any potential risk. On the treatment day itself I was naturally a little nervous, but everyone involved was very reassuring, and the personal service that I received went way beyond my expectations once again. The treatment was a bit of a non-event. It was over in no time, and I could tell the difference immediately. I can’t put into words what a difference this has all made to my day to day life. My greatest thanks go to Ultralase. I was constantly impressed with their level of expertise, and the caring, dedicated nature of the staff – nothing was ever too much trouble.
