I (and my partner) attended the St. Albans clinic some six weeks ago for our respective treatments. The decision to proceed having been taken after about two years of wondering. Well we need not have had any reservations, firstly the clinic and staff are first class and more thorough than anything i've ever experienced. I had the "full works" wavefront etc. Having been very shortsighted since about the age of 10 (a good few years ago), I can now see without glasses things which i'm sure most people take for granted - a clear view when shaving, see my friends and family across the other side of the swimming pool - no longer shouting out to complete strangers. I can see the time on the radio alarm ACROSS THE ROOM. The operation is painless and quick, listen to the instruction and advice given and quite frankly you can't go wrong. My nearsight (reading ability) is still improving daily and I find myself less dependant on reading glasses. If you had any doubts at all I can tell you that it is the best investment I have made to date. Well done Ultralase and thank you.
Oh yes - nearly forgot - I can now wear some pretty cool sunglasses as well!
