Following my initial consultation on the day of my treatment it was decided not to proceed with the preferred route. This was communicated well and I was given time to reconsider. The results are life changing and even though I have experienced a lot of ‘dry eye’ symptoms I am so pleased with the results. I wish I had decided to go ahead earlier.
