Very poor eyesight prior to treatment -5.00 & -4.75, glasses since 11 years old. Fully informed at consultation and given time to reach decision about treatment. Day of treatment went really well, felt very reassured and informed at every stage about what was going to happen. Only slight discomfort during the process. Aftercare was very good too, able to deal with any queries I had and all the staff are friendly and helpful. My only regret that I did not have this done much sooner as after 30 years I can see!
