I lost my eyesight when I was 13 years old (now thirty).. I had Lasik eye surgery 2 years ago now. This has been the best thing I have ever done. Not only has it given me huge confidence its given me a new lease of life. I can now do things which were slightly restrictive before. The staff at hammersmith were amazing and did a great job of looking after me. If for some reason I ad to do it again, would I... without a doubt. I dont remember what it was like to wear glasses.. I recommend anyone who can should do it...
