After receiving the pack, it took me 6 months to book an appointment, as when you mention it to people they all tell you the horror stories. But if you ask questions and listen and follow the instructions, it’s brilliant.
Yes on the day it’s not comfortable, but it is no worse than a bad toothache.
It has changed my life, I just came back from holiday and the freedom to do things was unbelievable. Just do it!!!
