I went for a consulation at their Hammersmith clinic and they seemed very thorough and professional. They were a little bit pushy on convincing me to proceed but I managed to avoid booking as having been elsewhere already for a consulation I already knew I could get the exact same procedure done elsewhere for less money. My final view was that they charge too much. Also if I had wanted to proceed the next available surgery date was a long way off and I think once you've made the decision to go ahead you don't want to wait almost 2 months! I therefore went elsewhere.
