My eyesight was very poor and I had to have a very strong prescription for each eye. The consultations were very helpful and professional, and treatment was not recommended until my sight had settled after contact lenses. I was advised that I would probably need spectacles for driving, computer work and TV etc.

The Lasek treatment was not uncomfortable at all and I could see better straight away. Initial soreness disappeared overnight, but it took a few days for my eyes to settle. Once the protective lenses came out, my long sight was amazing, and over the next few weeks, my short and medium vision improved too. The results, 3 months on, are amazing. Better than 20/20, no spectacles except for reading, which I needed anyway.
Have no worries or fears and GO FOR IT! You won't regret it.
