It seems that nowadays very few things live up to their sales pitch. My Ultralase experience pleasantly surprised me by exceeding my expectations. Everyone was understanding of the fact that all the patients have some worries. They were patient and happy to clear about what to expect, including the downsides (the discomfort after the operation, risks etc.) Six weeks after the operation, I already take my new found freedom from lenses granted.
