I had treatment as a christmas present in 2001. I was amazed when I could read the next to bottom line of the eye chart straight after the operation. The following day, lying in the bath, I could read the whole of the label on the shampoo bottle, from the other end of the bath. A couple of weeks after the operation I was concerned I may have got water in my eyesand possibly an infection. It turned out not to be the case, but I was most impressed with the response from the ultralase team, who encouraged me to come along to the clinic immediately for a check over and reassurance.
