As Webmasters we have to be extremely careful about not accepting erroneous comments that are submitted to this site. So when these 'One-Liner comments started coming through against a number of clinics, we too became very sceptical... So, some months ago, we introduced an email clarification process to make sure that they originate from a "Real Person" with a valid email address.. (As the previous two doubting poster will confirm!!)...This email asks all 'posters' to reply before their comments are accepted and uploaded to the site. We also randomly check (as can other visitors to the site) by emailing the 'poster' direct and asking for the confirmation of posting / surgery... every one that we have audited exist, confirm that they are the author and are happy to have their comments on the site. What we can 't do is govern the varying degrees by which individual clinics interact and promote this site with their prospective and post treatment patients.
