Had my eyes treated via the Lasik AND Lasek method. Found him very curt, non-empathic and impatient the first time round (I was extremely nervous and beside myself with anxiety) but when I went back for LAsik, I told him how I'd felt the last time and he was MUCH better. His South-African accent can make him sound a little harsh.
