I had bi-lateral Lasek in February at Finchley Road, London to correct short sight and astigmatism.

It took a few weeks for my eyes to settle down to good vision where i could read small print, especially on computers. I was worried that i couldn't do my work, but for others in this postion do not worry, it does get better and you just need to be patient. Your eyes could fluctuate day-by-day also, but again, don't worry.

I now have vision as good as I had when I wore glasses, if not better.

If you are thinking about getting the surgery - make sure you do have plenty of time off work after the surgery to allow your eyes time improve.
