Hi all, I've just started looking into having LASIK / LASEK corrective eye treatement. I currently wear 30 day (DAY&NIGHT) contact lenses at a strength of -3.75. I'm really keen to set rid of the lenses as my future job path necessitates it. I've started to research all the info on the web and there seems to be a lot.

However, I get the general impression that LASIK is probably the way to go based on the degree of my eye defect. I also like the look of Optimax's prices and there located in Newcastle . Just wanted anyones comments or experiences with the Newcastle branch.
