Heya,

There's a posting in Optimax's forum saying:
"During the conversation, I was led to believe that I will have to provide my own eyesight test for them to work off, whereas I was expecting that Optimax would do an eye test during the consultation, which would then be used to calibrate the Laser."

Which is complete nonsense and would misguide people... they just want an old test to check things havn't changed since.
