    Helpline staff inflexible and seemed impatient with basic questions and reluctant to have the most basic conversation. I wrote directly to Optimax in Bristol in early February for them to advise which eye to have treated first and for me to book an appointment as soon as possible. No response received! Have now had treatment at Boots.
