I bought my Laser Eye Surgery on Ebay.

The whole process from bidding, to having the treatment done, has only taken 3 weeks.

I chose Epi lasek treatment for my short sightedness, and chose Liverpool as my nearest clinic. I had my treatment on 16th August 2005.

My settings were:-

left eye sph -2.84.Cyl -0.56.Axis 175.

right eye sph -3.04.Cyl -0.88.Axis 15.


I would like to thank all of the staff and the operating surgeon in Liverpool for their professional manner, and also their friendliness. I am still receiving aftercare appointments, and my eyesight is improving day on day. I have a little blurred vision with my left eye, but I have been advised that this is normal and will correct itself as the weeks go on.

I think that it is a brilliant idea to sell this on Ebay, as many people generally think it is too expensive to receive treatment to correct their vision. I had previously been to Ultralase and was advised that treatment would have cost me £2400 minimum for both eyes with them.
I have recommended Optimax to almost everyone I know who wears glasses, from my nextdoor neighbour to a shop assistant in Asda's!!!
