My husband arranged for me to have my eyes done for an aniversary present. After a bad experience with BOOTS, Optical Express stepped in and nothing was to much trouble. My treatment was carried out at the Bristol site, and I can't thank them enough for all they have done. Very caring, very understanding, high on customer service and very profesional.
