I had paid a deposit in March for treatment, but was found to be unsuitable. I was told that I would receive a full refund of my £300 deposit, but it had not come through when they were taken over. However, I have now had a cheque for the full £300 so don't give up hope if you are still waiting.

Also, if you paid by Credit Card they can chase the debt for you.
