WOW! I know everyone else is saying WOW on here but it really is.

I had my sugery at 4pm on Friday 17th August 2007 in Leeds; I was at home by 5:30pm with great vision. I had my post op check at 9:40 Saturday morning and the optician couldnt believe I didnt have any discomfort at all and my vision was better than 20/20. I could see the bottom line on the charts perfectly. On my way to the check I was sat at the back of the bus and was able to read the timetable right at the front - AMAZING!

The proceedure doesnt hurt at all it's just a weird experience; it took less than 1 minute per eye!

The only thing I have to say is that patient confidentiallity needs to be addressed in Leeds; the staff tend to leave doors open on the surgery and check up rooms so all can see you.

If you are sat there reading this I highly recommend that you go and have this done.

I had the LASIK standard treatment.

It's now just over 24 hours since my op and my vision is still getting better.
