Excellent service from the first contact from the Call Centre to follow up.

Staff at the Dundee High Street bracnh were excellent. Yvonne and Kirsty were caring, professional and comforting. Staff involved in the procedure were wonderful, especially the man with the nice voice who counted down the seconds!!

Procedure itself was not nice, but short. Keep on top of your drop routine afterwards and wear your goggles and all will be fine. Would recommened perming or tinting lashes before because you can't wear make up for a week.

Results are wonderful. Would definitely recommend it.
