I had the treatment two days ago at the Trafford Centre in Manchester and now I can see perfectly! Many thanks to Andre the surgeon and all the staff there. The staff were very friendly and reassured me as I was looking quite nervous beforehand!

No pain/eye dryness involved during the procedure, I was kept well informed during the procedure (like what I would see e.g. "it'll go a bit dark now" ... not all the actual details, that might have freaked me out a bit!)

I had to change my 24 hour check up appointment to the Bolton branch because of the snow, this was easy to do and the Bolton staff were just as friendly and helpful.

Overall I'd recommend Optical Express to anyone.
