Excellent customer service - I was terrified of the treatment however after wearing glasses and contacts for 30 years decided to take the plunge. I am so glad I did, the surgery was painless just a bit of discomfort for a few hours afterwards with watery, gritty eyes which once cleared I was amazed at how quickly the result of the surgery was.
From the initial consultation to the surgery and follow up appointments all I can say is I was made to feel totally relaxed and not a number on a list, the service I have been given in my estimation is fantastic, any questions I had were answered simply and uncomplicated so I knew exactly what to expect.
I would recommend this treatment to anyone in fact two of my friends have already booked their consultations following my recommendation and experience with Optical Express in Torqyay and at the surgery clinic at Cribbs Causeway in Bristol.
