Everyone at Optical Express was very professional and friendly. I had my surgery in Leeds, though my consultations were in Meadowhall, Sheffield. On the day of surgery, everyone put me at ease - all very calm and relaxed. I was in surgery for literally 10 minutes... the procedure is a little uncomfortable, but completely painless. My vision was a little blurry immediately after, but a few hours later I could see really well. The next day my vision was better than 20/20. Knowing now how uncomplicated it has all been, I wish I'd done it years ago!
