I was made to wait a year before I could have surgery as I had gone too long between eye tests. It was reassuring to know that they were not just after my money and that they had my long term interests as their main priority. When I did have the surgery I always felt that I could ask any question to any member of staff. The whole process from start to finish (aftercare included) was conducted in a professional and friendly way and I have no qualms in recommendiing this clinic to other people.
