In the main, the whole process went well. The consultation before treatment was detailed, and I found the staff to be very approachable. The surgery itself was held at Minshull St (Manchester) by Dr Qazi. On the day, before the operation, he went through what would happen during surgery. He answered all the questioned I had, and understood the nervousness that lay inside me.

The results were excellent and within 6 hours of leaving Minshull St I had just off 20/20 vision. Although slightly uncomfortable, the staff built confidence within me to trust that the off 20/20 vision and minor discomfort would become less over time as the eyes healed.

I now have 20/20 vision and the post-operative care is second to none. Considering I had a prescription of -5.0 in both eyes, I would have no question in recommending Optical Express for laser eye surgery. More specifically, the Minshull Street branch.
