I made the initial appointment with some trepidation. However as soon as I walked into the clinic and met the staff I started to feel safe. I was given as much time as I wanted to ask question and was thoroughly reassured about the treatment. I was talked through every step so that I knew what to expect and how long each phase of the procedure would last , this managed to take all of the fear out of it. The result as been excellent and my only regret is that I did not have this done 15 years ago.
