Laser surgery has greatly enhanced my martial arts training as I used to be totally dependent upon glasses. Although I wore soft contacts they could easily be dislodged/removed during training, which can be quite painful and inconvenient. Also there’s no risk of infection due to replacing dislodged contacts so the surgery has given me peace of mind.
