    I've been wanting eye surgery for years but been to scared but wearing contact lenses was getting harder for me as my eyes were always so dry that i just couldnt wear them all that often. Professor Reinstein was highly recommended to me and having now had the surgery I can see why - the service was amazing so thorough and the b4 and aftercare has been amazing! My vision is better than 20-20 and my original prescription was -5 in both eyes!     It is very liberating to wake up in the morning and not have to put my glasses on. The pre and post op care has been second to none. All advice has been excellent and aftercare service and products have been provided promptly and generously, no additional or hidden costs have ever been requested. The service should not be underestimated, it is not necessarily provided by other clinics. After the treatment, the benefits were immediate but fine tuning in terms of working on computers and reading , took several months' adjustment due to the need to adapt to blended vision with patience this adjustment is forthcoming.  More...

    I can't praise the London Vision Clinic enough. The level of patient care is exceptional, the staff are amazing and thorough, and very good at putting any uncertainty to bed. The surgery and rehabilitation were brilliant and I experienced absolute minimal discomfort and certainly no pain whatsoever.     I was slightly anxious before surgery, but there's nothing to worry about. Surgery is painless and the aftercare service is excellent. It's so great being able to wake up and see straight away and not have to worry about things like falling asleep with lenses in anymore.     I never thought I would be suitable for laser treatment as my eyes were so bad. As a life long glasses wearer it is now utterly liberating to be able to just open my eyes and see.     Apart from the convenience of not having to wear contact lens and reducing the chances of getting bacterial infections in my eyes which I had suffered a couple of time due to the lens the notable difference was the quality of my vision.     At -13 each eye I functioned well for 1/2 century with glasses/contacts so I was not easily persauded that ditching glasses was either desirable or beneficial. Very wrong both counts! After 1st treatment only night driving and screen reading sometimes needed assistance. After a small refinement I see better that I ever did before. The freedom from all that goes with glasses and cataracts is surprisingly liberating. I did not go into this lightly buy my expectations and even hopes have been exceeded.
