I have decided to go for the operation but first Harley give one special offer price for Journalists then I find that it is a standard price for all. I phone up for a brochure and they send it to the wrong address. Then I phone them to ask questions and get a panicky answer phone message talking about a mobile number for emergencies. Not very comforting. But I have still booked in with them in Feb for a consultation. this website is useful to learn about the options. I have been put off Boots just after reading this site!
