I was very happy with the initial consultation procedure. It was very quick, the surgery was explained in detail and I was very much put at ease. The staff were both courteous and helpfull and I felt happy to proceed with paying my deposit on that very day. The clinic itself is easy to find, very comfortable and has a homely environment unlike most hospitals you visit.
I found the staff very reassuring before my surgery. The procedure itself was not as traumatic as I had expected it to be. It was over very quickly. My surgeon was wonderful, she kept talking to me all the time and telling me exactly what was happening throughout the operation.
The results were amazing. I could see almost from the moment I left the clinic. There was virtually no pain at all and I was back at work two days later. I now have perfect vision and I cannot explain how nice it is not to have to worry about contact lenses every time I go out, on holiday or stay at a friends. It has taken away yet another stress of modern living.
I have been recomending LASIK to everyone I meet, including family and friends!
