I had epi-lasik done in June at Optimax in Glasgow -I only wish I had it done years ago. Totally pain free,I could see within 20 minutes,was light sensitive for the rest of the day.Gone from -4.5 with astigmatism in both eyes to better that 20/20. I used artificial tears for about 6 weeks and now I don't feel that I need them unless I am over tired. The consent form is not for the faint hearted - but I had decided I was getting it done and nothing was going to put me off! I have been on holiday since having my eyes done and what a difference being able go in the pool/sea without the risk of losing contact lenses or just not being able to see. Go on what are you waiting for??
