For the past 6 months now I have been experiencing problems with my contact lenses ( previously wore lenses for over 15 years with no problems). After several visits to eye clinic and opticians it appears that I have developed an allergy to my lenses. Have tried different types all cause same problem of intense itch and swelling. Has anyone out there considered lasik surgery having experienced problems similair to mine pre-op. I'm concerned that I may not be able to tolerate the bandage lenses post op. Any info greatly recieved
