Preop consultation: Very thorough, and I felt that I had enough time with the surgeon to ask any questions. The procedure was well explained and all my question were answered. Surgery: The surgeon and staff were very friendly and were consistently providing support and talking-me through what was happening. After care: The procedure was explained well, thouhg it would have been nice to be told a little more abouth what to expect the first night after the operation, eg, stinging eyes, blood-shot eyes, etc. But overall very good.
