I had major problems from having LASIK at Maxivision and they sent me to Mr Daya. I cannot recommend him enough, very professional and to the point. At Maxivision it was like a production line. Not here. I felt comfortable even though having a really long operation and was able to speak directly to Mr Daya even at 1 am in the morning when I had some discomfort. After just one month with my new vision, I still cannot believe that my long sightedness has been totally cured. Having worn glasses since the age of 3, (I am now in my forties) I have found the treatment totally life changing and a miracle cure that I never thought would be possible. The results are instant, and painless (except for when it comes to paying of course!). If you are considering LASIK treatment I cannot recommend CfS more strongly. Yes they are more expensive, but Mr Daya is a world class surgeon and his team are fantastic. I felt totally confident in him and I believe he would give a really honest opinion if one's eyes are not suitable for this treatment (in particular the size of iris and curvature of cornea) I am about to go for my nine month check up and have had no discomfort at all other than a mild dryness right at the beginning.  More...

I have just been for my 9/10 month check up with Mr Sheraz Daya and his team and to put it mildly both they and I are delighted with the results - I know have 6.3 and 6.4 vsision, this is regarded as 'super' vision and basically means that I can read the bottom line of the sight chart! To really put this into perpective, the optician had me try some 'glasses' which showed me exactly what I came in with last January - I could not believe that I had really been that blind! I cannot remember my precise prescription but it was nearly 5 in one eye and 4 in the other, with very severe astigmatism. I had LASIK surgery by Mr Daya about a year ago and I can honestly say it was the best money I have ever spent, I had worn glasses all my life (with lenses as thick as milk bottles) I now have perfect vision and can read the bottom line on a sight chart!! I have seen adverts for other clinics offering cheaper surgery than Mr Daya, but when it comes to your eyes are you really looking to save money? my only regret is that I didn't have it done years ago.  More...

I have been thinking of having laser surgery done for many years now to correct my short sighted vision. I have been recommended to the Centre For Sight by my optician who has also just had the procedure. (couldn't ask for a better recommendation than an optician!). I plan to arrange a consultation and willlet you know the results and then hopefully keep you posted as to the results of the op. I am slightly concerned though, that The Centre For Sight is the only clinic on these pages with NO comments from ANYONE! Any ideas as to why that should be??  More...
