Mr Pillai is obviously very busy, but never makes you feel rushed. He puts you at ease, and gives you confidence to trust him. All the staff are very helpful, even when I returned home and unfortunately had a reaction to my artificial tears. They kept in touch to find out how I was doing, and were very courteous. Even though my outcome is not monovision as was expected, I am still very happy and hopeful that my right eye will improve further.
