Staff were friendly efficient knowledgeable. Made me feel confident that they would not just do the op. For the money and that if I wasn’t suitable they would have said so. During the treatment I was made to feel calm about the whole procedure. As the whole thing went without a hitch I am more than happy and very pleased I finally got round to having it done.
