I visited Accuvision in Solihull last week for my initial consultation after researching several clinics and readig all the Health Care Commision Reports. Accuvision scored very highly especially in the standard of their surgeons. I have booked surgery for September 25th. So far i am very impressed by the clinic with my only negative comment being the layout of the reception area, I did feel like I had to wander about to find reception as it was in a room off the waiting area, however I think this is down to the lack of overall space in the premises. At the end of the day though who cares about reception desks as long as they do a great job! the optomerist(?) I met with was excellent, vry thorough and patient answering questions he must have a million times before. After the consultation the Receptionist talked me through the booking procedure etc and was very soft sell with no pressure at all to book there and then, which was nice.
