From the moment I made the initial contact I have been treated with the utmost professionalism. We received a brochure and DVD within two days. The DVD is great showing exactly what to expect. Through this we phoned and made an appointment. We were a little concerned at having to go to London but need not have worried as it is so easy to get to the clinic from Victoria station.

I had previously had a consultation with Optical Express but the experience was not good, although the examination itself was fine, and I had no confidence in going ahead. The following day my wife found Accuvision on the net and through that we made contact. which I am so glad of.

I am 69 years old and wasn’t sure that I would be able to have the surgery. However, after my consultation I was able to go ahead. We had booked the surgery for the same day so I didn’t have to wait.

I had my surgery on the 28th February 2008 at the London Clinic. Everything has been fantastic. The caring attitude of all involved, through to the surgery itself and the after-care which is brilliant, I cannot praise everyone enough.

I cannot tell you how great it is to be able to see again without glasses. I can drive, shop, go to theatres and restaurants without having to think `where are my glasses`. Many times I have missed a performance at the theatre or have had to ask my wife to read a menu to me in the restaurant because I had left my glasses at home.

I would just like to say to those of you who are thinking of having this surgery that I believe you could not get a better service anywhere and at such a reasonable price.
